I truly can’t recommend Dr. Marinescu enough. He was the only doctor who diagnosed my adenomyosis after years of searching for answers, and his robotic surgery made it possible for me to finally become pregnant.
Throughout my pregnancy, even with multiple complications, I always felt safe and well cared for. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, straightforward, and has a great sense of humor that made every visit a little easier. My C-section went so smoothly, and I’m incredibly grateful for his skill and care.
Today, I’m holding my beautiful baby girl in my arms because of him, and I will always be grateful for everything he has done for our family. I’m so thankful I found Dr. Marinescu, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional OB-GYN.

Doctor Marinescu treated me exceptionally well. The doctor was super patient, extremely conscious and caring of my situation, showed me such compassion and made me feel very comfortable and at peace. I never once felt rushed at my appointment to the contrary he continuously asked me if I had any additional quedtions or concerns. He told me the steps and options available and explained with patience the pros and cons of my decision. He is totally out of my area i drove about 1hr and 15min to come see him and I can tell you he is now going to be my regular OBGYN. Doctor if you read this don’t change continue treating all your patients the way you treated me. Now I know the reason why you are so highly rated. Thanks again

Horrifying experience
I came in for a Bartholin’s cyst incision and drainage and to have a word catheter placed. Even after being numbed, I had 9/10 pain throughout the entire process and expressed this, asking for short breaks. The doctor came across as impatient and annoyed by my pain. He went through three catheters- from what I heard, they didn’t have the correct syringe to inflate the balloon properly. The staff had to leave the room and come back multiple times mid-procedure trying to find the correct one. When he finally got the third catheter in and inflated I was crying in pain. He asked if I could tolerate it or not, and I asked for a minute to take a breath. He then pulled out the catheter to “show me” the amount it was inflated- did he just yank that out of me without deflating it first?? He then packed the open cyst with gauze instead. He turned and left the room without speaking to me. I was given NO follow-up instructions or after care. Blood was all over me and dripping off the table onto the floor. I was in tears limping out of the clinic. I had to call the next day to ask what to do with the gauze inside me and the nurse said it would “fall out on its own in a couple of days”. It’s now 4 days later and the gauze is painfully stuck inside of the cyst, bleeding every time I even try to slightly pull it out, even after soaking in a bath. It has an awful smell, and the pain is way worse now than it ever was before the procedure. Tylenol around the clock does not touch the pain.
Update: I saw a different gynaecologist today who was able to remove the gauze, and was not able to place a word catheter as she explained to me the incision that this doctor made is on the outside, instead of on the inside where it should be. She pointed out my labia was cut from this incision as well, which I now understand is the culprit for the sharp and burning pain I have been in since. I wish I had never stepped foot in that clinic.

I was a first time patient getting my IUD out. The Dr. was very comforting because of how scared I was. He had it out in 5-10 seconds. Very comforting and adept in all areas.

I had a very positive experience with my hysterectomy and recovery. The entire surgical process went very smoothly. Postoperatively, I experienced almost no pain, bleeding, or complications. At my follow-up appointment, my doctor confirmed that everything had healed completely, which gave me great peace of mind.
Dr. Marinescu is not only highly skilled and exceptionally professional, but also very kind, patient, and reassuring. The nurses and clinic staff were equally outstanding—attentive, caring, and always willing to help.
I am truly grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this doctor and the entire team to anyone in need.

My husband and I went to see Dr. Catalin Marinescu for our first trimester appointment, and we had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease.
